About Lorraine
A highly qualified, authentic, and dedicated therapist with a personal touch
I understand people as a whole — working with your mind, body and experiences to help create a more balanced, present and fulfilling life. My non-judgemental, accepting and empathetic nature helps clients feel comfortable, building the trust needed for an honest and supportive therapeutic relationship.
Through our work together, you can gain a deeper understanding of yourself, strengthen self-esteem and confidence, and feel empowered to make your own choices and find your own answers.
I am a qualified therapist with a particular passion for working with teenagers, young people and neurodivergent individuals, recognising how important therapy can be at this stage of life. For me, this isn’t just a profession — it’s a authentic commitment to helping people feel understood, accepted and able to thrive.
My journey so far has included working as a school counsellor, a family and parent practitioner in a secondary school, and in services supporting the homeless and those in drug and alcohol rehabilitation. These experiences continue to shape the way I work, reminding me that every individual has their own unique story, strengths and challenges.
