Making the decision to seek therapy can be hard, taking that first step can be challenging, and the initial appointment can be even more daunting. I understand the gravity of these initial hurdles. I also know how transformative counselling and psychotherapy can be when you connect with the right therapist. I might not be the right person for you and I encourage exploring meetings with a few therapists if possible. 
We are intuitive creatures and if you decide to meet with me, you will know whether I am the best person to join you in your journey.
